For hotels, spas, clinics and restaurants
Turn your website into the place guests book.
We rebuild hospitality, wellness and beauty websites around one job: taking a confirmed booking without a phone call, an email thread or a marketplace commission. Live in 2–6 weeks.
Free. Send your website address; get a written reply within 5 business days.
The problem
Your website sends guests somewhere else to book.
- The “Book now” button opens a marketplace, a phone number or a contact form, so the booking happens on someone else’s page.
- Availability lives in an inbox. Every request costs a reply, and a reply sent tomorrow loses to a competitor who confirms now.
- Most guests look on a phone. A page that stalls on mobile sends them back to the search results, where the marketplaces are waiting.
- Guests from abroad who can’t read the site in their language book where they can.
The cost of leaving it
What being found through a marketplace costs.
Booking marketplaces and online travel agencies charge a commission on every booking they send, commonly 15% or more of the booking value for accommodation, and many beauty and wellness platforms charge on new clients. That fee repeats each time a returning guest books through them again. Marketplaces are worth keeping for discovery. The guests who already know your name are the ones worth bringing home.
Your marketplace commission, in your numbers
Starting values are examples. Replace them with yours.
How it works
From teardown to direct bookings, in four steps.
- 01
Teardown
We go through your current site the way a guest does, on a phone, and write down every point where a booking leaks: the button, the load time, the missing language, the reply you have to send.
- 02
Build around the booking
A fast site with availability and booking on the pages guests actually land on, wired to a SimplyBook-class booking tool or the booking system you already run.
- 03
Launch and measure
We move your domain, redirect old pages so existing links keep working, and count completed direct bookings, not page views.
- 04
Care Plan
We host the site, keep the booking integration working when the provider changes something, make small changes each month and watch uptime and speed.
What you get
A site built to take the booking.
- Booking on every page that matters: rooms, treatments, menus, packages
- Mobile-first pages held to a performance budget
- Bilingual-ready structure: a second language is content, not a rebuild
- Booking system set up and integrated, or your existing one connected
- Tracking of completed direct bookings, from first visit to confirmation
- Search basics done properly: structured data, sitemap, clean metadata
- Your domain, your content, your site: you own all of it
Pricing
Three ways in. Most owners choose the middle one.

Care Plan
Hosting, booking-system upkeep, small monthly changes, and uptime and speed monitoring, from €49/mo to €149/mo depending on the tier. Optional, month to month.
Care Plan add-ons
Once bookings run through your own site, the work around them can too. Each add-on is set up on top of a Care Plan. Priced at scoping.
Prices exclude VAT where it applies, and booking-tool subscriptions, which you pay to the provider directly. Not sure which tier fits? The free teardown recommends one.

Demonstration builds for fictional brands: two small hotels with full stay booking, and two salons that take appointments online. They show how we design, structure and ship; they are not client results.
Questions
Questions owners ask before they start.
We already have a website. Do we need a new one?
Not necessarily. If your site is fast enough and your platform allows embedding, the Booking Upgrade adds booking to it. The free teardown tells you which case you are in.
Will this get us off Booking.com and the other marketplaces?
It isn’t meant to. Marketplaces find you new guests. The goal is that guests who already know you, returning guests and people who found you by name, can book on your own site instead of paying the marketplace’s commission through you.
Which booking system do you use?
Whatever fits your operation: a SimplyBook-class tool for treatments and appointments, or the booking engine, PMS or reservation system you already run. Booking-tool subscriptions are paid by you directly to the provider, so you are never locked to us.
Do you guarantee more bookings or a ranking on Google?
No. Nobody honest can. We commit to a fixed scope, price and launch date in writing, a site that meets its performance budget, and tracking that shows you how many bookings came in directly.
How does payment work?
50% at kickoff and the rest at launch, or 6 equal monthly payments. The monthly plan costs the same total, with no surcharge. Either way the scope and total are agreed in writing first.
Do we have to take the Care Plan?
No. It is month to month and optional. Without it you get the site, the code and every login at handover, and you host it yourself.
What do you need from us?
Access to your domain and booking tool, your photos and the facts about your rooms, treatments or menus. We structure and write the pages around the booking; you approve them.
Can the site be in more than one language?
Every Direct-Booking Website is built bilingual-ready, so adding a language later is a content task. Signature includes two or more languages, routed so search engines show guests the right one.
What happens after you click
- 1Send your website address. Nothing else is required.
- 2Within 5 business days you get a written teardown: every point on your site where a booking leaks, in order of cost.
- 3If a build makes sense, the teardown says which tier and why. If it doesn’t, it says that too.
