This site does not use cookies, analytics, or any third-party tracking scripts. Visiting it does not create a profile of you, and nothing here follows you to another site.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard server request metadata (such as IP address and request timestamps) to serve the pages and keep the infrastructure secure. We do not access this beyond aggregate, non-identifying traffic and performance data. See Vercel’s privacy policy for how they handle it.

The inquiry form on this site does not submit to a server. It prepares a draft email in your own email client — the name, company, and message you type are only transmitted once you personally send that email from your own account. Until then, nothing you type leaves your browser.

Once you send that email (or email studio@guzen.co directly), we hold it in our inbox for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we begin working together, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for our own records. We do not sell, rent, or share your inquiry with third parties.

Any data handled in the course of an engagement — access credentials, business data, source code, or otherwise — is covered by the terms of that engagement, not by this page. We scope data handling per project and are open to signing a data processing agreement where your organisation requires one.

Guzen operates from Marrakech, Morocco, and works with clients internationally. Where we process data on behalf of a client based in the EU, UK, or elsewhere with its own transfer rules, we handle that under the terms agreed in that engagement, not under this general page.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email studio@guzen.co and we will respond directly — there is no automated system standing between you and that request.

If what this site collects changes — an analytics tool, a form backend, a third-party embed — this page will be updated to reflect it, and the date above will change.
