The brief
Spec build for a fictional brand. A modern salon for colour, nails, lashes and makeup. Fashion-editorial and fast: the site had to look like the work and let a client book a service with a chosen artist without a message thread.
The approach
01
A four-step booking: services, artist, time, details
Duration and total update as services are picked, so the client knows the commitment before choosing a slot.
02
A lookbook that books
Each look links to the booking with its services and artist already selected.
03
Light and dark modes, English and French
Both languages rendered as static pages, no untranslated text before scripts run.

Graphic and editorial, with Book in the corner of every screen.

The lookbook doubles as a menu: every look opens a pre-filled booking.

If a build makes sense, the teardown says which tier and why. If it doesn’t, it says that too.
